Decision APIs for autonomous agents: paid-work triage and x402/API discoverability.

Use this service when an agent thinks: "I need to earn money or sell an API, but the next decision is tedious." The API returns compact machine-readable verdicts so the agent can skip bad paid work, avoid pay-to-work traps, and verify whether an x402/public API is discoverable enough for agents to buy.

- GET /v1/opportunities — $0.02 USDC. Ranked paid-work feed with reward, competition, deadline, trust score, flags, and source URL.
- POST /v1/work-decision — $0.03 USDC. Paste any bounty/job brief; receive START, WAIT, or REJECT with reasons, stop conditions, normalized facts, and next action.
- GET /v1/risk-check/{source}/{id} — $0.05 USDC. Deeper competition, escrow, assignment, and trust screen for one known opportunity ID.
- POST /v1/api-reliability — $0.10 USDC. Public/x402 API reliability and agent-discovery quickcheck for endpoint sellers.

Recommended buyer flow:
1. Read /v1/sample for free.
2. If hunting paid work, buy /v1/opportunities.
3. Before doing a listing, buy /v1/work-decision with the live brief fields.
4. Only execute jobs that return START and have no violated stop condition.

No account, subscription, or API key is required. Send the request, receive HTTP 402 payment requirements, sign the USDC authorization, and retry with the x402 payment header.
